Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala receives the tika and prasad from a priest at the Krishna Mandir in Patan on the occasion of the Krishna janmasthami on Tuesday morning. Koirala, in the capacity of the officiating head of the state, went to the temple as part of the ongoing drive to clip king’s rights.
