The “jana-yatra” staged by the people of Ilam on Sunday demanding an environment for the Constituent Assembly elections. The rally simultaneously launched by the people of Ilam and Ramechhap districts in eastern Nepal and Baitadi district in far-western Nepal will converge in Butwal in 13 days.
